  • Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

    • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Shipping Costs (U.S. only)

    • $15 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $300 within the U.S.

    • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $300+.

    • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

  • Shipping Times

    • Orders ship directly from our partner suppliers; typical U.S. delivery is 10–20 business days from the ship date.

    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs, or other external factors.

  • Tracking Orders

    • You’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear while the package is in international transit.

  • Delivery Issues

    • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact Kinde Fur at hello@kindefur.com so we can investigate and assist.

    • We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, customs inspections, or events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, or pandemics).

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply; these are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations

    • Orders can’t be modified after placement. To request a cancellation, email hello@kindefur.com within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation as processing may have begun.
